RGSS-RTP Standard ???????? (The game doest run and show me this)

I am trying to open the game but it refuse
then show me a black screen and a message with this: RGSS-RTP Standard ????????
Restarted the game and doesnt work, tried to download some package of data for RPG Maker that i saw in a tutorial but didnt work
I need help with this

I have same issue so guess i'll uninstall as you never got any help with this.

Had the same issue. I just uninstalled then reinstalled the game then it worked.
