Loading Bay 'X" - problem.

I just encountered this problem in a game im currently playing and started about 2~3 day ago. Truck is sitting in the loading bay, big "X" above it.
i tried move from loading bay to another location. because truck still in the loading bay. (i want deleted loading bay, but cant deleted.) but they cant moved to another location.

i tryed another solve.
i loaded my problem save file today.
yes. Truck is gone. (truck driver does throw goods and leaved.)
i think finished solve a problem.

but doesnt. this problem still have.
Truck is sitting in the loading bay again with big 'X'.
I REALLY ANGRY AGAIN. im so sading now.... plz fix this problem.
