Glue station stuck with parts on bench but claims to be doing nothing

I've got a glue station that has parts sitting on it and it won't take any new work, but claims not to be doing anything.

That's because the glue station isn't doing anything. It's done its job and glued together the catapult frame.

It can't do any additional work until a worker moves the catapult frame away from the glue station. Judging by your alerts on the left side of the screen, they don't have anywhere to store the frame, so they can't move it, so it can't leave the workstation, so the workstation can't perform additional jobs.
