Delivery trucks stuck after patch

After today's patch, I had a truck making delivery get stuck in the loading bay. The timer counted down, to point where they usually start tossing the material on ground. Driver went back into truck, then nothing. It just sits there, red x and all. Also a graphical glitch; top piece of a stack of material is turned sideways, both while being carried, and stacked on shelf. Seems to have no effect on gameplay.

We are actively investigating if there's something acting up with the delivery trucks.

Regarding the stacks, could you possible grab and share a screenshot of that one? :)

Here it is stacked on a shelf. After a restart, the older material that was sideways in storage seemed ok, like the truck getting unstuck. So I ordered a new delivery that these screenshots are from. I just opened the game again, and all the inventory stacks are fine. So the error does clear on a restart. It seems to have no effect on game play even without a restart.

This is quite weird. The stacks was something completely new and we couldn't see any issues on our end. The truck doesn't trigger anything in any of the logs I've managed to collect either.

Glad that none of these tings last though, seems like a reload is all you need.

Well it is occurring often, every delivery. To wood and metal stacks. It does reset with a reload, and has no effect on game play. I watched after I took this next screenshot, and it is the first piece taken when the operators start the order. The operator acts like he goes to the stack of material, the askew piece disappears and ends in his hands and they go about their tasks. Minor issue, but does look funny. I'll post the shot I took last night.

Move a flower box and the hauler should be able to get back in to business, we are releasing a patch soon to fix these issues! Hang in there

I still have this problem today. Just got the game earlier this month. The driver should throw stuff out but he doesn't. Have to save and reload and he throws stuff out properly.
