Workers don't work despite having work to do

Hello! As you can see in the image I link below, I have 16 Idle workstations in my factory and yet 13 of my workers don't work at all and spend their time in the break room.
It happened multiple time and the numbers are bigger and bigger while my factory grow.
What can I do about that? Thanks!

Hi Sammy,

We would need some more information about your factory in order to solve or give you feedback on this :) What's your layout like beyond the break room?
If you can, sharing an actual save-file of the factory would be even better.

Hello ! I just understood why this happens ! The problem is that I thought that a idle station was usable immediatly, but i didn't understand that some workstations who don't work are waiting for elements that are not available because my worker have to cut theses elements beforehand with an another machine.
To solve the problem, I think I just need to add more machines like circlesaw ...

No problem - this is actually quite common.
Players simply encounter a bottleneck in their factory, then show up on the forums saying the game is bugged / workers are stuck doing nothing :D
