[OLD] Known issues, fixes and upcoming updates
Hello everyone! Below is a list of known issues that will be fixed within the next few days. In case there is any other bug that you encounter while playing, please report it to our team and we will do our best to fix it as soon as possible.

Upcoming Fixes:
- additional keybinding options
- gunparts rebalance and mission changes
- exploits involving initial room trigger placement fix

Fixed #712:
- level geometry fixes
- "survive" challenge spawn logic fixes
- rebalance difficulty of missions 7, 8 and 9
- effect audio volumes tweaks
- rebalance connectors probability in shops
- disappearing challenge HUD element fix
- missing localization fixes
- error causing loss of focus while using controller in pause menu fix
- newsfeed overlapping options menu fix
- keybinds are coming
- resolved major exploit with hologram exit
- patched a lot of holes in various rooms
- add chromatic aberration option

Post-launch features
We are going to support the game by releasing new content and features post-launch. Below is a list of a few of the main features that will be added in the near future.
- Online co-op mode (August update)
- Leaderboards
- Daily challenges
- More gun parts and rooms
- More enemies

We'll be posting the code to the coop beta within the next couple of days, Doctor Watson. It'll probably end up stickied on Discord.

This current trend of indie devs keeping their playerbase up to date via Discord rather than on the platform they use for distributing their product, i.e. Steam, is mind-boggling.

Also, while you didn't explicitly say so, the linked post made it sound like the optional beta co-op was available from day one.

My friends and I had been eagerly anticipating this game, but it feels like the release date was set in stone way too soon. The lack of a feature as basic as key rebinding reeks of work overload caused by a lack of time. It's such a shame.

Great game, that much can be said! But..... but....it would be wonderful if you could implement an opportunity to change the keybindings (...i know it´s a upcoming feature...) for lefthand gamers ; so please don´t forget the numpad ;-)

So here I am sitting on the fence, waiting for more reviews etc, and this already worries me. Not a fan of dailies for a multitude of reasons. It doesn't help that this is rather vague so it could mean anything, from a benign small bonus you get each day (like Overwatch's first win of the day bonus) where it is just a nice extra, to progress throttled and funnelled entirely through daily/weekly chores (e.g. Destiny 2).

I'm on the other side of the fence. Daily challenges can add a lot of longevity to a game, and I'm super excited to see what they'll come up with.

I would like to report a bug. Each time I start a new game (fullscreen) the "game screen" is bigger than my tv. I can only see a quarter of what I should see and I have to disable fullscrean and reanable it to fix the bug (which is hard since I can't see the all the ui).
Other than that it's a great game, so I hope you'll be able to fix all these little bugs soon ;-)

This dude is right, I got the same problem but nothing too much problematic.. but some people without the patience required could find this really boring, I hope you will fix it soon! (problem fixable by switching on borderless or windowed mode).
I would add the fact it run at 30fps without problems on a laptop gtx950m I5-6200U 2.3GHZ :)

Huh..thats a weird bug, R_e_M972. I'll pass it to the right person.

Mephane - the current plan for dailies would be just a shared seeded side mission the players can enjoy if they want to farm some special parts...but can only try once. Similar to Spelunky daily challenges. We're not sure yet if we will go down that route or not yet.

As for VR: no plans right now...we really don't want people sending us the dry cleaning bills that would result from that...

"Special parts" as in, can only be acquired through dailies?

I see that keybinds are in now, but "E" still seems to be hardcoded to interaction and skipping dialogue. Since I play with an ESDF config, this isn't ideal. Is there a config file somewhere I could edit until this is fixed?

Not sure about that...we'd have to talk about it more internally, but there are few things that bug me about that idea and rub me the wrong way.The last time we discussed it, and our draft of the concept, was that it would be more for those folks who were keen on leader board placement. I'd have to think through more thoroughly the repercussion of exclusive daily parts.

BobtheJanitor- -there IS actually. In here %localappdata%/TowerOfGuns2/Saved/Config there is a config file (input.ini) you can mess with: You should be able to see the layout and know what the change pretty easily if you are already comfortable messing with config inis.
