it's literally the same price as elden ring.
elden ring hardly ever goes on sale and has only been out for a year and a half but that has gone on sale more times than this has.
is this as good as elden ring?
also, same price as baldurs gate 3.
i have a personal rule to never buy a steam game when it's not on sale, mostly because i can't predict the sales and that would enrage me if i paid full price only for it to suddenly go on sale a week later.
if i was gonna break my rule, IF. . .i would break it for Baldur's Gate 3
it's literally the same price as elden ring. "
You're overthinking it: if you're gonna find the entertainment value that is worth the game's asking price then the price is worth and you should go ahead and buy it - otherwise don't, wasting your time whining in the forums isn't going to help as SE is stuck in their own ways and rarely (if ever) listens to player feedback.
FWIW I don't think that any Musou is worth 60 bucks (the genre itself is fine - it's just not worth that much). Hence why I periodically check for any discounts.
are you triggered, bro? you sound triggered.
Still BS that it cost this much after 6 years though.
EDIT: "Limited Edition" content included.
this game is more expensive than baldur's gate 3.
why would i buy this instead of BG3?
I guess this game has just been abandoned. they don't reallt care about selling it or whatever.
i'll be removing it from my wishlist now.
it just seems weird that this game is 6 years old and they still want full AAA new release price for it.
it's also interesting how all the games that are not on sale have "mixed reviews".
like they don't even bother trying to give an incentive.
this sort of thing doesn't give me much faith in a company.
like they are doing it out of spite. anything that doesn't get glowing reviews gets a price hike and never discount.
edit : but i dunno. dynasty warriors 9 has mostly negative reviews and that game is 50% off. .and newer than this game. that game is only 4 years old and is being massively discounted, but this game is still priced as a new release
