Where is the Arkham City GOTY DLC?

I've been picking my brain and messing with GfWL all morning, but I just want to be reassured; I bought Arkham City GOTY on Steam, and I can play Harley Quinn's Revenge right away on startup, I even have the trophies for all the DLC skins and characters, including Robin and Nightwing. But when do I get to play as them? Where and when can I switch Batman's suits, play as Catwoman, Robin and Nightwing? I've even tried the little cheat code that's supposed to let you unlock them right away, but it doesn't seem to work.

Did the DLC even come with the game when I first downloaded it?

Help, please!

As far as I know you can't play as other characters in the main campaign except when the plot demands it. The extra characters are for the challenge maps. It could be the same for the different suits for batman. Not sure about that because I don't own them.

I read your comment and checked the Riddler's Challenge right away, and felt a sigh of relief when I saw them their with all of their available skins.

So Catwoman, Robin and Nightwing don't have their own separate campaigns? They're only playable in the Challenge maps?

As far as I know, that is correct.

Sorry, I meant that there are separate Catwoman missions that WERE DLC, but I found out they were integrated into the main game for the GOTY edition. Normally, when you start a new campaign for Akrham City, it goes right to the white intro screen with Hugo Strange talking with Bruce Wayne, then going into the press conference cutscene. In the GOTY edition, you actually start as Catwoman, who then get's caught by Two-Face. The rest of her missions are spliced throughout the rest of the game.

Also, I found out how to use the various Batman skins in the main game. You have to enter a code at the Save File Select screen, and then when you start up a game THAT'S ALREADY IN PROGRESS, when you continue, you can choose whatever DLC skin you have.
