Harley Quinn's Revenge DLC
Hi everybody, I already own "Batman: Arkham City" and I wish to purchase DLC "Harley Quinn's Revenge" but I can't find it separately on the store, I just find "Batman: Arkham City - Game of the Year Edition" that includes both games.
What that means? I'll have 2 different games in my library ("Batman: Arkham City" AND "Batman: Arkham City - Game of the Year Edition") losing my saved games?
thanks for your help, bye

I think it may be possible to buy it off the Games For Windows Live store. Once you install the DLC, you can launch Batman through Steam and after you sign into your account via GFWL, it'll detect that you've purchased it, after which an icon will be unlocked in the main menu of the game to begin the DLC. It really makes no difference whether the DLC was purchased from Steam or GFWL as there isn't a separate shortcut or anything.

Little bummed out by this...I just gave in and brought the GOTY edition for £6 of steam to gets Harleys Revenge...I don't imagine my old game will take into account I've just brought it.

It's cheaper to get the GOTY edition and it includes all the DLC. Annoying though. I believe the GOTY edition replaces your original (although gifting would be nice) and your saves won't carry over either.

I could be wrong...

I just bought the GOTY version because of the Harley Queen DLC and I believed that it was going to update my Batman Arkham City version to the GOTY and it started to download a second game again! So now I have 2 B:AC games on my PC WTF!

Funny thing is that I bought the Scorchers DLC for Rage at the same time and right after paid It started to update the game as it should be.

Why can´t be like that in Batman?

Also, that means that I have to play the whole game again?

I´m going to try this: I´ll go start the non GOTY version, and put the code for the GOTY version in GFWL and see what happens.

Edited: Nothing, can´t even do that. So I´ll have to install the game again. Incredible. Last chance is trying to use the save files for one game to the other and then uninstall the "old version".
I can´t believe this...really.

A simple "upgrade to GOTY" option would be much appreciated. But, let's be honest it won't happen.

I agree an upgrade option would be fantastic, especially for those who buy the game before the GOTY comes out.

Actually, if you own the standard verison, the game of the year version is 66% off

Drop it. I just played the DLC and it was terrible. I was saving it because I loved the base game and was looking forward to just a little bit more, but I would say it isn't worth the time put into playing it.

If you used my link above, you could install the Harley Quinn DLC to the existing regular version of the game (which I have) and maintain your save files. And yes its the same price as the whole GOTY version on Steam but you don't have to mess around with saves and another game version.
