Imperium Galactica Related Games & Mod Projects List

Hey guys! :)

I'm looking to engage the various Imperium Galactica communities to help me build an ever improving list of IG related games out there.

Long story short, to celebrate Imperium Galactica's 2017 resurrection on Steam & GoG I thought I'd finally do what I've been planning for years and create an Imperium Galactica Legacy section on my oldschool retro website paying tribute to the original IG games along with any successful & sadly unsuccessful IG related fan projects out there to make sure that they are never forgotten and can inspire talented IG fans to create new IG projects in the future. I also created a list of other games out there that are similar to IG as while there's nothing out there quite like IG there are still some pretty brilliant similar 4X games out there with in-depth planetary development. For this list I collected pics, vids, demos, and information for as many of the projects as possible. I could use some help from the community with this list as I'm sure there's more I don't know about. This is my latest summary of the website list below.

ooooh looks like another game with similarities to IG will need to be added to my list!

It's called 'Interstellar Space: Genesis'. I like the look of the planet views. Very IG2 like although I suspect you can't choose where to place buildings sadly.

lol hello, it's you again, tracking me down in a very different place to my blog lol, this isn't Seb is it?

OpenIG is not 'my' game any more than the Master of Magic remake was, I don't make games as I'm not a programmer. Not talented enough lol.

To start the game double click on 'open-ig-launcher.jar'. If it doesn't run you probably need to update to the latest version of Java.

Oh, is that so ! I thought you are the programmer to create that remake. But according to your comments on your blog or others, you love those games very much and I do as well. If you do not mind, I would like to keep in touch with you. I have already became one of your twitter followers.
