well, what it says on the tin. That unit belonged to you (or ally) and is now being used against you. Like a zombie.
They dont get destroyed anymore and so for the Factory cant replace them. What to do in this Case?

I may not be understanding what you are trying to say, but you've never been able to build zombies and they absolutely can be destroyed. You should still be able to build your fill cap of your own ships so long as you are within range of a factory.
He took my Ships and i did not get new ones. All my Ships went Zombie.

You should still be able to build replacements. Zombified ships don't count against your ship cap. If you find that to not be the case, the best thing to do would be to upload a save in which you are unable to rebuild your ships to the Mantis bugtracker so it can be assessed, and if confirmed to be not working properly, fixed.

If they aren't replaced odds are your flagship or support factory got crippled. Anti-Player zombies are created by enemy ships inflicting you Zombification.
Hm that could be possible.. I look at that screenshot i amde and the Flagships are infected, too. Fudge. So i should not have sended them into that corrupt, last sector of the Map.. Should have cleared them with U....

Bring the flagships back to a friendly system and have them repaired, and they'll start building again. Flagships themselves can't actually be infected/zombified, so you'll never lose them - they just get crippled and therefore stop functioning.

Ok.. And who and what th causes this Infection? Is it their Home Base, or the Home Base of a Special Race...? Here is the Screenshot.

Some ship types deal zombification damage, and if a ship takes enough of that damage then when it dies a new, identical ship will be spawned under a zombie faction, which can either be anti-player (if the AI deals the zombification damage), anti-AI (if the player deals the zombification damage), or anti-everyone.

The previous poster is correct to point out that there are multiple things which have the ability to zombify. My best guess based on that screenshot is a Dire Tethuida Guard Post. Check the Planet tab to see if any of those are of that variety. In general, if entering an AI homeworld you should be prepared to have large numbers of your ships zombified, at least initially. Concentrating on eliminating those threats is a good idea, though what you should target first will always depend on multiple factors.

Yeah that's a bad placement. The fleet is in the middle of multiple guard posts. The best thing to do would have been to kill them one by one, starting with the North one. I'd highly recommend using the battlestation to build turrets out of the range of the guards post so you can "withdraw" and thin out the AI ships + Zombies ships. You can even get turrets in range (they have a lot) and use them to kill the guard posts if it gets to that.
At that point I would actually withdraw, 1 battlestation is probably down along with all three combat factories and at least 4 flagships on top of a massive metal deficit. It probably would take too long to build any turrets and there is no reinforcements likely unless the neighbouring system is player controlled.

Can I took back control of the zombie ships?
I think you can use zombiefiers to turn anti-player zombies into anti-AI or anti-everyone zombies but you cannot reclaim ships under your direct control once they become zombies.
