Thanks for reporting this - try exiting the game completely and loading the latest save. If that doesn't work, try loading an earlier save. Did you die after solving the first part in the cave?
Tried exiting and loaded latest save. No change. Also tried loading earlier save. Again, no change. I did not die in the cave.
Also, if you are continuing your game from a savegame before sunday evening, you might not have the latest patch - when did you start playing Aporia the first time?. There's two options, I send you a save game to your mail, where you've completed the tilefloor (cave) puzzle and most of the shards. if you haven't spend much time in the openworld part, I suggest you restart the level by hitting the ½-key (or ~ key) and carefully type in “map aporiaopenworld1b” without quotes and hit enter. This will reset progress and restart the chapter.

Yes. Tried restarting from older saves, but it didn't fix the problem. I uninstalled and re-installed overnight, so I'll try starting from scratch and see if that works.
It's not a solvable issue. I checked on a Youtube walkthrough and I have done everything correctly. The puzzle should solve, but the water doesn't flow through the second hub, even with all the valves correctly aligned.
Also, I'm not sure if these are bugs or not but whenever you turn all the L-shaped thingies correctly right away, the water won't flow through them. The only way I was able to do this was by "trapping the water" first, change L to the right position and then let the water go through it.
And the water doesn't always flow when it's supposed to, which is kind of frustrating too.
I restarted the game and reset the graphics to low. After that, the water flowed as it should and I was able to continue the game.
I'm not at all sure why that worked.
I also tried all the steps you mentioned here (above)
None of these has worked either.
