Not to mention, even if you have 100 in required stat, it's still 95%, not 100, which is ridiculous.
Because most survival games must have very high of this

There's one thing I want to say though: it's true there are events with low chances of success. If this happens when you're exploring the island, you can absolutely "wait'' for your characters to become stronger and then come back later :)
Samseng, YES, there is a lot of replayability. There are many random discoveries and events, random stat and talents in the beginning and as you level, and decisions of what you will build as the days go by. Oh, and different companions you can discover with again, slightly random stats and traits.
The game constantly feels like your decisions matter. While on normal a few poor decisions won't break you, (though you'll need to often make up for them), you KNOW that if you keep making the wrong ones, people in your camp will die. It threads that line very nicely, and I've been really enjoying it!
