Is the Game no longer developed?

Is the Game no longer developed? Remember seeing this a couple of years back... not much comments in discussion. Don't really see new modules in U.S., etc.

There was an update to Earth recently. Also a new module (Portugal) is currently in beta tests and to be released soonish. Most of the discussions happen on discord, therefore the Steam forum is mostly neglected.
