Red focus icon style?

So when you mouse over to an object that you can pick up, your hand shows up. In different positions for picking up items, objects, or moving heavy objects. Whenever I watch someone play Amnesia I see that they have a red dot in the middle, and their hand looks allot different than the defult hands you have. I tried changing my "Focus icon style" but there was only a white dot that got bigger whenever you moused over a pickup-able object, and the defult focus icon style. Plus the heart and brain look sorta like an x-rayed brain and heart and most of the sound effects are different. 2 Possible things:
1. They replaced the graphics.
2. A custom story has its own HUD.

I think it's the graphics being replaced. I watched Markiplier / MarkiplierGAME play Amnesia: Rain and I don't recall any HUD changes. ( i could be wrong though.... )
