it's boring as hell and isnt that scary to me and also people hype up this game because of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ lets players like pewdiepie

people hype it because its one of the only genuinely scary game in the past few years. also, if you watch pewdiepie or other lets players and then play the game on the way spoiling everything for yourself it wont be scary anymore, isnt it ..

when i was playing it for the first time, without knowing ANYTHING about this game, i was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ my pants. now i can play it a complete chillout mode, why? because i know the mechanics and i know what will happen and when. my advice to you, you want your scary game to be scary? less you know about it better it gets. (only thing you need to look at is metacritic score, to make sure its not utter crap in first place but anything beyond that will ruin your experience)

that said it will not change my view on the game besides im judging this as a game not an experience

Maybe for A Machine for Pigs (if you get it) don't watch any videos. I watched at least half of Day[9]'s Amnesia videos, then decided to get the game, and it completely ruined the first half of the game for me. I was still scared (I'm, a wuss XD) but a lot less than I would have been if I hadn't watched those videos.

For how many times you have played? the demo maybe, like everyone said that it's not scary at all and it's boring? If you don't want to buy it, play at a friend of your, and try to get in the game, feel and live it, not trying to approach like a Splinter Cell or Thief game. You're a mad man alone in a ruined castle whit misterious creatures hunting you without possibility to defend yourself, why someone could fell that like "boring"? The Frictional games are the only real horror games that make me ♥♥♥♥ my pants! Penumbra series is scary, but Amnesia it's crazy at some points. F.e.a.r.? All fireworks and nothing else. Doom 3? After the 9873478324879878234878234877 time a imp jump out from the dark it's start to be "oh, another imp u.u" Now i jump into Justine, then try to search some good mods to rise even more the adrenaline rush.
