[Control Room] Pipes

I need help finding the fourth pipe. I have searched every room top to bottom about six times. Looking at several walkthroughs, one used claimed that there WAS no fourth pipe, yet another claimed that there was a glitch in which the fourth fell through the world when picked up.
I am so sick of this room; help!

I never found a fourth pipe and I completed that puzzle. So if there really is a fourth pipe, it isn't needed to complete the puzzle.

Though if you're having trouble getting the pieces in the right spot in the last room, try out different arrangements of the pieces.

Just match whats on the other end of the small room (other set of completed pipes).
Edit: Oops, nevermind, the other wall doesn't match up.
Make a plus in the middle and a vertical on the left.

Those weights will make a clicking sound when they are in the right position. You just have to hear for it.

I found three different pipes from the rooms. The holes seemed to require four 'cause nuthing happened. Later on I realized that I only need thee but I have to leave certain holes open not just any. So for me it worked like this: The two (the high, short one and the low, long one) crossing in the middle and then the third onto the LEFT holes. For some reason the right side didn't work.

i literally my self cant find the third pipe its not fricking spawning

This puzzle sucked me out of an otherwise great game. How would anyone know to assemble the pipes that way (and that there are only 3) when the other side of the wall doesn't match up. I don't even think it made any special noise when I got the puzzle 'right'. It's just irritating. But thanks to everyone on here for the info.
