where is the last pipe in the control room?
in the control room, after you get out of the cells, there is a puzzle in which you set pipes in a certain place on the wall for the substance to travel through (sorry spoilers). I've gotten 3 out of 4 needed, wheres the 4th?

There is no 4th one. You just have to move them around until the game tells you they're all in the right place. I have no idea what that arrangement is anymore, but just keep shuffling them around a bit.
