Problem using dualshock 4

Whenever I use my ps4 controller on this game with DS4, the player just rotates left continuously as I try to play. I've looked through all the settings, can't figure it out. Suggestions?

this game came out a while before the ps4 was even announced so i dont think its designed for that controller

I have this problem too, and I'm not using a controller. I have my gamecube controller adapter connected, and drivers installed, but I have the feeder turned off. Anything to help will be appreciated.

I figured it out guys, I just needed to switch my primary DS4 controller to the "X-Box" controller.

hey man how exactly did you do that if you dont mind me asking? Im on windows 10 and i cant figure out how to use my ds4 on this game

what about xbox one controller?

I went to the settings on DS4, then to the control panel, and selectedthe controller that was connected, then I switched it to an xbox controller in the settings
