I thought it was a Damascus Rose. Might be mistaken though.

It's not from the retail disc cover, there're some concept arts in supersecret.rar but this one is not to e found there. The only other place I've seen the grid art is on amnesiagame.com , under the main tab, ehind the trailer video.
