she probably gets chainsawed to death or something.
She locks the door because she has no intension of letting the prisoners (if she saved them) or her suitors free. Honestly I think think that the whole trial was just for her to get her kicks off as in the end she says 'this was the best one yet'
She's evil as ♥♥♥♥. It's really interesting though, how they made you really feel like you're in the shoes of a complete lunatic.
But, even if she remains sick at the ending, she seems to be a normal person who turned into a monster because of something she experienced, before the ending, you go through a weird hallway with words that she wrote to remember all the creepy things she likes to do and be the same monster again.
Basically: she was normal once, but she doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥ and loves to be a psyche.
