Stuck in inner sanctum

I do both the rituals and put blood on the pentagram and nothing happens when i go back to the center, I watched a video where some meat were supposed to spawn. I tried reloading a save

Uhh. I'm pretty certain once you sacrifice some of your juice, you're suppose to go to the circle (which is in the same room as the blood ritual) and some thing is suppose to happen. Which happens to reduce your sanity. I've never seen or heard that some "meat" spawns which is nil.
