im stuck on the part after u get captured by those things, and i have put the bone in the thing, and the poison gland in the smusher thing, and i have gotten th bone saw

Did you get the blood from one of the torture chambers in the Transcept? If you missed it, you can still get blood from a spot near Agrippa, apparently. I've never used that one myself. Hopefully you picked up the string from Alexander's room in the Transcept. I don't know if you can get another one of those.

No, you need blood to complete Weyer's Tonic. It's one of the ingredients. Technically, Vitae is, which is gained from blood.

Anyway, if you've tied the string around the glass jar, you can use it to collect blood from a drain somewhere near Agrippa. Once you have it, you should have everything you need to complete the tonic, if you've already the poison gland and bone.

Yes, you don't need Agrippa's head to finish the game. You only need it for one of the endings. Still, it's good to get it, so then you can view all 3 endings in one game if you wish!
