It's a log file, open it in a text manager such as Notepad, copy the contents and paste it here. Or optionally, you can upload the file itself to a place such as PasteBin, and then post the link to the PasteBin here.

Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/Frictional Games/Amnesia/Main
