**SPOILERS** Stuck with the elevator puzzle, help pls.

Hiya, basically I'm stuck in the machine room.

I've added the coal to the oven, placed the 3 cogs in their correct positions, put the 3 rods in correctly (I know its correct because it won't let me remove them now), and I have also moved the levers, so that there is 8 up and 8 down (I am also unable to alter these.)

I believe this is all I have to do, or it seems that way from the elevator instructions, but I am stil being told that the machine needs more work. Is there something else I need to be doing or has my game decided to glitch?

At my wits end now, any help appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

Did you pull the lever on the coal burner and the other one on the actual machine?

Yeah, I've done both

I would reload a save when you entered the machine room and try it again.

I just did that and it's worked now! Don't know why I didn't just load it from an eariler save straightaway anyways, thank you :)
