Been a while, but I remember that in the first game you had more options, no? Like you could poison people, poison food, etc. Here very few things are interactable, so it's mostly just.. blow up speakers and stab people? Maybe the occasional molitov? Am I missing something?...

What are the updates about? More bugs obviously, now you can't kill the body guard boss. When you empty his health bar, nothing happens, it does not count as killed. Good game, but please fix your codes.
