panda issue????
i mean i'm pretty sure i'm doing something wrong lol but how dop i get to use panda's special ability if it doesn't charge correctly?

yeah i know but it cools down way too fast i basically attack someone and by the time i throw another punch the bar is already empty again lol i don't get how it works
