Any tips for final boss battle?
My problem is with the actual shadows. I understand that you have to stab the cameras to keep the beams from going, dodge the saw blades, and not actually stab the Dr. It's just that every time I try stabbing one I get punched and die right away. I've tried running right after stabbing but I'm not fast enough. Is there something I'm missing? Is there a certain moment I should go up to them? I'm just not getting it and eventually just stopped playing and searched through the forums to see if anyone has an idea of what I should do. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Distance. Believe me I learned in hard way ^^ Shadows have lower distance of attack, or perhaps a little lower aggro-window than your ordinary hit distance. A bit of practice and you will have correct distance for safely attacks.

On the normal difficulty, they never hit me once...but on Hard, I had to wait until they started dancing, then double-stab them from behind.

Oh, wow, I didn't even realise distance mattered! I wouldn't have thought of that, I figured it was all a timing issue. Thanks!
