I've found some on the various VIP targets. Basically kill one, and it drops. Be careful though, because I've had the card drop in an out of bounds place that I can't reach

Awesome thank you folks. I was wondering this very same thing too. I wonder if you beat up the Muscular Murses if an ID drops. I would think it might possibly drop from them guarding the inner hospital areas.

I think he's a reference to Dr. House, as I've also seen him bouncing a red ball.
