Ways to play on Mac?

Hi, was wondering if anyone knew ways to play this game on mac. Have heard of things such as wine but dont know how well they work/if they are safe etc.

While you could try Wine, it does not allways work and can be a bit tricky. Your best bet is to purchase a copy of a windows OS then use bootcamp ( a program that all macs have by default) to create a windows partition. From there you can run any windows program your comp can handle.

If it's a MacBook Air I wouldn't recommend a partition. Two OS will eat up your memory. I run Windows and MacOS on mine and always have hard drive space problems. It's like 60 Gb that's half of my HD.

Or you could dedicate most of your partition to Windows I suppose, or run Linux

Or, you could simply wait for the devs to release a Mac port sometime after initial release. ;)

If there is no port, your options are as written above. ;) Waiting a few months for a port is definitely the least expensive of your options though.

use bootcamp, worked for me for years now - altough i have both, mac and pc, i play SD44 on a pc - but i played the whole Wargame series from ES, ALB and RD on a bootcamp partition on my Mac from Day-1 long before MAC / OSX version

I have Bootcamp on an external SSD to save precious space on my MBP.
