Sebastian
How can I make him stop being killed in chapter 5? It sucks to cross his corpse over and over again after seeing him for the entire game. Going camping with him doesn't help. I'm pretty sure there is something I can do, this game make miracles from playthrough to playthrough.

There are some playthroughs, where he isn't being killed, too. It seems they aren't related to your relationship with Seb, but depend on some other dragons' outcome.

And, of course, there is the you know what :)

true ending I suppose? Eh, I hoped for some guidelines or route of actions. Well, I'll just carry on and slam my head against my desk in pain each time then :fsad:
Of course, there are guidelines, but do yourself a favour - don't read them! Spoilers will really spoil your experience in this game. Just play it, look at things from different dragons' perspectives - you will discover new little things.

As about your pain - try to put something soft on your desk, it should help with your headaches. :)

Oh if I could find some guide about saving Sebastian I wouldn't make this thread in the first place. Problem is that so far for "dateable" dragons we just need good relation etc. to clearly progress but Sebastian is one big mystery. He is an important character as we see him every day, almost all the time but no chance to actual hang around.

It's not the head, more my heart and soul, also my affinity to dragons doesn't help at all.

Update:
Hm, in chapter 4 after investigating the farm I found 2 option dialogue with Sebastian, I could pick that if fireworks are so important to him then perhaps he should watch them regardless of his duty...I think this might be IT
Though I have no idea what triggered it, I must have missed it earlier as in this particular playthrough all I did was dating Anne and met with Remy's boss.
It could be. :)

No, I don't think that you missed it the first time - I don't remember seeing it at first, either.

Yeah that did the trick, Sebastian wasn't present at the portal ^^. I think I had then a playthrough before but didn't read that carefully or I didn't catch up the connection. I ultimately think that to save him you need to go camping with him and then that option becomes avaliable forever.

The spoliler contains some rant, feel free to stop reading here.

Also I got Anna's bad ending in this particular playthrough and I'm actually angry at "the player" character that he refused Izumi's plan and just killed her to start again. Well for once the game made me angry than sad. What would happen there would be the best outcome I could ever imagine for me (except named dragons deaths of course, but I'm sure it can be fixed). Seeing so I have solid base to speculate how famous true ending will look like and I'm not going to really like it. I hope I'm wrong. Well, back to achievement hunting making friendships with remaining dragons. You can start calling me a monster now.
In my humble opinion, Anna would appreciate her bad ending more than her good one. Anna is a fighter in her nature, and I think that dying while fighting is how she would have liked to go.

It's not about Anna, she died as a hero to me and how she wanted to, no matter how warm feelings I have towards her I repsect it and appreciate too as her fate was sealed anyway.
The point of my rant was that afterwards Izumi's plan could become reality, dragons saved, friend were alive in this playthrough (except the blue guy sadly, I spoke about Anna already) but humanity is doomed(like there was much of it left anyway), which makes it kind of Evil ending but in the other side(dragon side, not human) (and I truly desire such ending, this works the best for me and my "twisted" sense of righteousness. Well, I already know that I can't become a dragon and genetic science is forbidden...that's what Anna said at least for now) However it doesn't happen, my character just says no, picks up a replica of Reza's gun from neutral ending, shoots Izumi and goes for another time travel and I have no power to do anything with it, no decisions etc..
The game has so multiple outcomes so I hope I'll be able to achive it at one of them. I barely have a half of these so far after all. [/spoiler]
Update:
Apparently I'm impatient, pathetic being because all I complained about just got solved in Annas "good" ending. The only matter is Anna herself in that ending...but honestly I have no idea what to think. She didn't die as my personal hero at the portal but she has been cleared from all charges etc. yet she had no chance go get her cure. However, according to
the text we spent whole that time together and maybe she died in hopsital but she was happy and not alone anymore, the peaceful good bye. I just don't know anymore...

My sincerest apologise for this spam fest I did here...My friends started to point at that I've fallen into depression because of this game...perhaps they're right...forgive me.

The human doesn't exactly kill Izumi. He doesn't shoot her, rather, he smacks her with the butt of his gun to which she survives (explaining the scar that appears after her bad ending) while he goes to start all over again. I think he does this more because he finds Izumi taunting him about Anna's death, saying how he probably can't accept it. He knows Anna has a horrible backstory and tragic life to deal with, so he wants her to die in peace or live in peace.

Now, more or less, I find the human doing it so Anna could get the life she deserves while saving humanity. If she were to survive, he would most likely stay with her or attempt to introduce her to more people so he could carry on with his mission. He knows he can't leave the one person behind knowing that that one person considered him her only friend. Even though she died happy in her good ending, she wasn't going to pass on happy, knowing the human was probably gonna fall in a depression knowing he lost the two most important things in his life, humanity and her.
