If you look at the trailer , the bad guy is an original character from Eichiro Oda.
I think is like the bad guys from the Movies that we don't see in the main story.

I'm on par with the series and your going to see some people that you didn't have seen but the guy with white hair is not in the series.

You should make sure that you've cought up to atleast punk hazzard before bying this, as alot of the game has spoilers for future arc's.
But all of this is non canon aside from the spoilers, so if you dont care for that you could play this now.

this "red" guy doesnt get mentioned until ep 500-600 and he never appears in the shows, only the movies.
