If you don't have a dedicated graphics card than more than likely no. Maybe if you use the guide I'll link below you can tweak the resolution to something low and maybe you can get 30fps at a lower resolution but that is really pushing it to be honest.

While that CPU has a much superior iGPU than other Intel's normal standards, the CPU side is ppretty slow on base clock, so you might still have some hiccups
