30 FPS or lower. Got 60 FPS first but after restart, 30FPS

I was playing the game at 30 FPS in training mode so I went ahead and tried it on versus mode. I had smooth 60FPS. But after closing the game and turning it back on, I am constantly getting 30 FPS everywhere (even in Versus mode) except the menus and member select. So basically as soon as a match starts, I get 30 FPS and then it goes back to 60 during the win quote and on until I start a match again.

UPDATE: I get 60FPS in windowed mode but no luck in fullscreen or windowed fullscreen

That's not the issue. Already tried it. I think it's a bug or something because other people are also complaining. Level 2 supers make the fps go up but then right back down after the move ends.

Hey could you use msi afterburner to check your gpu clock speeds and what the usage is while playing kof14 and report back.

I went into the Nvidia control panel and changed the thing to maximum performance so I doubt that's the problem. I checked and I'm getting clean 60FPS in windowed mode but no luck in fullscreen or windowed fullscreen.

Sounds like someone's got their half screen refresh rate vsync toggled to 'on.'

Nope. Just checked. I changed nothing except the "prefer max performace" thing
