Hi hiyunyun,
Sorry to hear the audio isn't working for you in-game.
Could you send us your dxdiag information? This will help the dev team investigate the issue.
You can create a DxDiag file by following the steps below:
- Press the start button.
- Type “Run” and press Enter.
- Type “Dxdiag” in the field and click “OK”.
- The tool will show up and allow you to press the “Save all information” button at the bottom right of the window.
You can also use Pastebin.com to post your DxDiag files and place the link directly in your reply.
Thanks

Do you have multiple sound devices? I am asking because windows might be assigning the game to the wrong sound device making it look like no audio is playing.
Please confirm and let us know.
Thanks!
Richard.
I have reported the same problem since the middle of the CBT and I have multiple sound devices. KOF XIV only has sound if I use a Realtek sound device, and there's no sound with Intel Display Audio which is the only way to get sound through HDMI. All other applications work fine with Intel Display Audio, and even KOF XIV used to work fine in the first versions of the CBT with Intel Display Audio alongside multiple sound devices.
