Why is the Deluxe Pack more expensive than the Ultimate Pack?

Not that I'm complaining or anything, but I find it weird that the Ultimate edition of the game is cheaper than both the normal edition and the deluxe edition. Am I the only one who notices this?

I actually settled on Ultimate after doing more research on the two versions because it has all the previously released DLC for the game. I guess it's cheaper than the Deluxe version so that more people buy that one rather than the Deluxe, which is awfully nice of them

In the US region, the sale prices are as they should be:
Base is $15, Deluxe is $18.75, Ultimate is $22.50.

What are the regions where Deluxe is incorrectly more expensive than Ultimate?

I just picked it up and it was normal in Canada. Deluxe was $5 more than the base game, Ultimate was $10 more.

Did you get regualar or ultimate version?

Still debating if its worth spending almost double for only 8 extra characters compared to Vanila version CAD here too, sale or no sale...
