Its a fan made game. This is the first KOF MUGEN game i play, and kinda pisses me off the fact that you start a match with 5 bars already (which makes the CPU spam SDMs on you), and you have weak characters, strong characters, and BROKEN characters.
2 in particular, Domino and Maki, are literaly UNBEATABLE. Domino wont allow you to make a move, while Maki simply dont have a hit box, making her impossible to hit.
But the game is good, just keep that in mind.
