Sorry to hear you're having problems. Can you send us your DxDiag info again so we can try and track down the problem?
You can create a DxDiag file by following the steps below:
- Press the start button.
- Type “Run” and press Enter.
- Type “Dxdiag” in the field and click “OK”.
- The tool will show up and allow you to press the “Save all information” button at the bottom right of the window.
You can also use Pastebin.com to post your DxDiag files and place the link directly in your reply.
