Solution for login issue cause by some Intel CPU

There is a potential issue caused by Open SSL which we cannot fix directly, players with non-internet issues and with new Intel CPU can try this solution to fix it.

1. Press the Windows button or key and select "Settings"
2. Go to "System" which is the first one.
3. Go to "About" which is at the bottom of the options
4. Press "Advanced System Settings" on the right side
5. Press "Environment Variables"
6. Create a new "system variable" (non-user variable)
7. Enter the following in the Variable Name box: OPENSSL_ia32cap
8. Enter the following in the Variable Value box: ~0x20000000
9. Now press OK and try launch the game.

I did the whole procedure, and I'm still stuck on the same screen. My CPU is a Ryzen 7 5800X.
