they do with hunie pop but you need to get a patch

Well a lot of game on steam have hentai scene (sakura dungeon for exemple)
Hunie pop : the H scene is on the game when you download it from steam, the patch size is 2kb so a picture is not 2kb...

Several more games are flagged nudity, and sexual content without any.
