Are the saves compatible with Android version

the saves themselves should be compatible.

But you'd need a way to get the saves on your Android phone, which is a bit more complicated. On Android, the saves are stored in ‘/data/user/0/com.terribletoybox.thimbleweedparkandroid/files/’. You'd need root access to get to that folder.
