Get the Pigeon Sisters
How? Tried freezing the vending machine but he won't let me, making the fountains splash does not do anything either. Vergil says I can do better than that but I tried blowing, chilling and zapping pretty much everything at the Con now

There might be another guest somewhere in the hotel. Perhaps the manager might know where he is...

The only one who can call someone to come to the hotel is the hotel manager. Find a way to make the hotel manager know about the Pigeon Brothers. NOTE.. The Manager needs to have a reason to need someone for maintenance if a paranormal activity happens in a random guest room. Someone invisible might be able to "monitor" the hotel managers' actions and see where the paranormal might need to take place
