Been stuck on this problem for a long while now.

I've put the polaroid in, but I need to get something else.

There's a suggestion of microfilm but I can't see any in the Sheriff's office. Is that only Casual? If so, what about hard?

No. You don't need a microfilm, you need an official picture of the victim.

You have a hotel room key from his body. Once you can get to the Hotel (Chapter 3), go to his room. You can find his passport. That'll do

Make sure you're in the right room and using the keycard from the dead body. I forgot to inspect it.
