Why won't my bean drop?

I am in a room that has 6? alcoves with sculptures of different colors. A bean of corresponding color is required to get hints from the sculptures. I had no problems with pink bean, but I cannot get the green bean I acquired from the hillside scene to drop into the slot. I'm afraid I can't go any further and walkthrough videos have no problems with it.

Hello, I think I had the same problem (I don't remember very well it's far now) but for me it was that I didn't put the bean exactly in the good point (and I did'nt have problem for the pink one). I hope that can help you.

It's a pixel hunt, sadly. Try putting it right on top of the bowl. That worked for me.

I can not get the bean to leave the inventory. It is stuck. I played the other leaves game the same thing happened. Also I got the handle to open door at top of stairs only to have it be gone when I got to door.
