AI Diplomat ship stuck on land, and in a infinite loop animation

I've experienced this twice on 2 separate saves now on the Beta and wanted to let you know about it. The AI Diplomat gets stuck on their island because the transport ship is stuck on land and the diplomat party are stuck in a never ending loop going back and fourth, from the river to the boat.

The bug seems to happen when they build heavy around a river, that's what has happened both times, and have found no fix! Happy to post a YouTube clip or share my world with you devs so you can see
