How to create custom banners?

I have searched for it on google and youtube and nothing is helping.

it was somewhat helpful since i managed to create a banner and upload it to my computer. but how do i get it into the game? i tried to place the banner into that "read me" file but it did nothing. the guide says something about a custom banner file but i don't see one.

have you made sure to save it as a PNG file. It's very important it's saved as a PNG file in the custom banner folder else it wont show up in-game.
