How do i upload a custom banner that i made?

a banner is a mod
you have to include the mod in your mod list and the game, when started, will upload in to the game for you.
investigate the use of mods

oh really? uploading a custom banner is a mod? Because i made a custom banner and I dont see it in the folder. like does the pic have to be 256x256?

the picture has to be a PNG file within the custom banner folder. They have put a readme file inside the custombanner folder ( C:\Users\"username""\AppData\LocalLow\LionShield\Kingdoms and Castles\CustomBanners ) that tells you exactly what you must do.
