Is there a way to change in-game language?

So, I'm Dutch and my game is in Dutch. Which TBH is a really poor translation job. I've never understood translations besides the main world languages anyway, especially not for such a small demographic as Dutch/Belgium/Luxembourg. But, to get back on point, not only is it annoying, it's confusing too.

After hours I finally realised that my people being unhappy -30 because they ''Wordt belast'', meant they are being taxed. Which should be ''Wordt getaxeerd''. ''Belast'' means being under strain. I can see where the error comes from, as paying taxes is literally ''belasting betalen'', thus the word belast. But, still. If you decide to translate to a certain language, please make sure you hire someone who actually knows the language.

is your steam not in English?
is your PC language not set to English?

anyways you can set the games language vie right click on game in steam, then properties and there should be language gotta re download depending on game either a langauge pack or the whole game
