Basically any time I take out (a) dragon(s), I pull a lot of my food production off for that season and instead do a huge resource push. Works out really nicely in every case so far.
That being said there WAS a glitch where if you save/quit before the dragon was fully dismantled, it would be converted into wheat crop blocks, and the peasants couldn’t pick them up. I don’t believe this problem currently persists but I haven’t quit right after a dragon kill recently.
