Towers, any tips? Also difficulty.
I've noticed that building on gates does matter somehow.. for the "range ring"
13 is the max height now that still provides buffs right? I thought it would be lower but okay i guess. I don't care. I find those extreme towers pretty hilarious.

And should i invest the in balista's or archer towers. It feels like having multiple ballista's is way better, even against vikings. Than archer towers.. that's true right?

As for difficulty. I currently play in the middle difficulty. So with dragons but you can't lose. How hard is the most difficult mode? Is it still fun?

The current max is 11 height. Castle gate counts as 1, so gate + 10 blocks will get you there. The displayed range is incorrect until you actually place the ballista down, it'll expand by one for whatever reason.

Ballistas seem better in every regard to archer towers. Even the dps tooltip shows that it's superior, only drawback seems to be gold upkeep? It's pretty minor with all of the happiness buffs we just got.

Hard mode is still fun, the early game is a little more involved in that you have to be willing to weather some losses until you can get things going. The menu says something about Winters being longer or harsher, but I haven't noticed anything to that end.
